35–40 hours per week | Permanent, Full-Time

Quiznos Comox is looking for a dependable, energetic Food Service Supervisor who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and helping a team succeed.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to stand on the sidelines with a clipboard.

We want a hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping in, working alongside the team, solving problems and helping create a restaurant that both employees and customers enjoy coming to.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help keep our restaurant running smoothly by:
Leading and supporting our team during shifts
Training and coaching new employees
Helping coordinate schedules and daily operations
Maintaining excellent food quality and customer service
Monitoring inventory, food usage and waste
Ordering food and restaurant supplies
Handling customer questions or concerns professionally
Keeping the restaurant clean, organized and running efficiently
Helping create a positive, respectful workplace

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Food Safe / Safe Food Handling certification
First Aid certification
Ability to complete a criminal record check
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
