Duties
Operate and monitor the Max Cell workstation, ensuring optimal performance throughout each shift
Set up equipment and materials according to production schedules and specifications
Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
Document operational data accurately, including cycle times, defects, and maintenance needs
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems by following established procedures and escalating when necessary

Experience




Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow accurate instructions and safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and safety standards
Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting equipment are advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production processes

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
