Fresh Brand Gear is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our growing production team!

This hands-on position will primarily involve heat pressing and screen printing custom apparel, along with helping with other day-to-day tasks around the shop. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active and seeing a finished product come together, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
Heat press custom apparel and merchandise
Assist with screen-printing production
Prepare garments and materials for upcoming jobs
Check finished products for quality and accuracy
Organize completed orders for the next stage of production
Keep work areas clean, organized and stocked
Help with general shop duties wherever needed

Able to stay organized in a busy, deadline-driven setting
Willing to learn and help in different areas of the shop
Previous heat press, screen-printing or apparel-production experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

This position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive production work and lifting boxes or garments when required.

Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on production needs.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
