Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Assist in food preparation and food handling to meet sanitation and safety standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity
Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and service protocols
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean,



organized work workplace by following sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies
Support guest services by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience
Previous food service experience in a quick-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is required
Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, food preparation, and guest services
