Cantina Mercatto, our location in the Financial District, is currently looking for a Bartender to join our team, primarily for Friday and Saturday evening shifts. We’re looking for someone who brings precision, creativity, and hospitality to every shift.

Who You Are
Naturally welcoming and confident behind the bar, with an easy ability to connect with guests
Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and bar staples with consistency and care
Explicit, friendly, and professional in your communication with both guests and teammates
Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to the rhythm and flow of the bar
Smart Serve certified

What You’ll Do
Deliver warm, engaging hospitality while creating excellent moments at the bar
Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
Guide guests through drink offerings and pairings with confidence
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to keep service flowing smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
