Duties:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer requests
Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Assist with catering orders as needed
Experience:
Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
