Full time, fixed-term contract through November 2027, with the possibility of extension

Our Ideal Candidate Is:
Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience
Proficient in Power Practice software
Comfortable with booking appointments, managing patient communications, and maintaining a full schedule
Familiar with insurance processing and pre-authorizations
Experience with accounts receivable is an asset
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities




A team player who enjoys supporting both patients and colleagues

Experience:
Dental Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
Power Practice: 1 year (preferred)
