Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Bangladeshi dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality in every plate
Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals
Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly to ensure hot, fresh meals reach customers with excellent presentation
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably with a focus on Bangladeshi or South Asian cuisine
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service workplace is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation processes within the food industry
