Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part time Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and guests. Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning.
Support the kitchen team in maintaining a tidy workspace by cleaning surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen environment.




Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary items are available for smooth kitchen operations.
Support hospitality staff during busy service times by maintaining cleanliness and order behind the scenes.

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most key.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is advantageous.
Experience with food handling, food preparation, or cooking can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Previous hotel or food service experience will be considered a plus.
No formal qualifications are required; training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
