Overview
We are seeking a EXPERIENCED dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a MAKI POSITION. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience or interest in serving, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The position offers an chance to develop culinary skills and gain valuable restaurant experience in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional food service. The MAKI POSITION will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Assist in food handling, ensuring proper hygiene and safety protocols are followed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
Support the kitchen team with meal preparation during busy periods
Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining workplace
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction




Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
Must be at least 18 years old or older to comply with food handling regulations

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
