Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience
Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity, offering solutions and guidance
Follow safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains organized and hazard-free
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and product updates

Experience
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Basic proficiency with technology such as point-of-sale systems or inventory management tools is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $18.25 per hour
