We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Will & Estates Law Clerk to join our legal team. Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents related to wills, estates, and probate proceedings with precision and attention to detail
Manage client files using using Estateably
Assist in the drafting of legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, and probate applications
Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client information, and documentation




Coordinate with clients through phone calls or emails, demonstrating professional phone etiquette while gathering necessary information or providing updates

Requirements
Law Clerk Program Degree or equivalent is an asset
Prior experience working in a law firm specifically in Wills & Estates
