The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of
Responsible for ordering products from our supply kitchen, on a daily basis
Responsible for ordering packaging/supplies
Confidently take customer orders and answer questions, paying attention to all details
Decorate cupcakes, and prepare orders of multiple products (pre-orders, walk-ins & UberEats orders)
Understand the importance of keeping the Front of House clean at all times

-Enforce quality control - all products leaving the shop are up to our standards
Bake cupcakes & cookies
Do FOH dishes
Answer phone calls
Use the p.o.s. system and handle cash

Potential candidates will have the following skills/experience:
Customer service experience
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure
Able to multitask
Cleanliness
Valuable organizational skills
Valuable communication skills
Works well as part of a team
Must be available evenings & weekends
Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an asset
