Enduron Inc. is looking for experienced CNC Setup & Lathe Operators for day and evening shifts. This individual will enjoy a quick paced environment with many different setup's and changes daily for high quality, low volume part's making. Benefits package after 3 month probation period.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Programing an asset but not required. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring effective production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards

Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate CNC lathe, using tools such as calipers, hand tools, and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.




Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on CNC machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct quality checks on machined parts using precision measurement tools like calipers and other inspection devices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.

Experience
3 years proven experience operating CNC machines such as CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC programming, particularly HAAS controls, is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
