Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automotive service and repair, with excellent customer service skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while ensuring a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, service orders, and invoices.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and dealership policies.

Qualifications




Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service workplace is preferred.
Familiarity with auto estimating and service writing processes.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
Experience in cash handling and sales within an automotive context is a plus.
