Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This is a long-term position intended for a reliable individual looking for stability and growth within a reputable company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality interior and exterior window cleaning across residential properties . This role demands an absolute commitment to safety, efficiency, and elite customer satisfaction.

Position Details & Compensation
Compensation: $25.00 CAD per hour
Hours: Part-time (20 to 30 hours per week)

Position Requirements
Geographic Location: Must be local to Mississauga or the immediate surrounding area.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Career Commitment: This is strictly a long-term, reliable opportunity.
Physical Capabilities: Must be comfortable and proficient working at heights and operating safely on ladders.

Key Responsibilities
Execute flawless cleaning of interior and exterior window surfaces utilizing qualified hand tools, squeegees, and specialized equipment.
Safely operate and maintain all tools, equipment, and company vehicles required for residential window cleaning tasks.
Manage daily project schedules efficiently to ensure punctuality for all client appointments.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand specific needs and ensure premium service delivery.
Strictly adhere to corporate safety standards, particularly regarding fall protection and ladder safety protocols.
Assist with broader custodial or facility maintenance duties as required to support overall team operations.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
