Advance Paper Box Ltd. is a leading folding carton manufacturer located in Winnipeg, MB, specializing in custom packaging solutions. We serve various industries including food, healthcare, and consumer goods across North America.

Shift Schedule: Continental Nights, 7p.m. to 7a.m. (working days: week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun adn week 2: Wed, Thurs)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Aerating stock for the die cutting department and/ or printing department.
Locate, aerate, hand fly, and stage loads in an appropriate
Checks for defects of printed and cut loads.
Assists Cutting Operator in any way needed to keep machine running.
Document’s maintenance report, log sheet, QA checks and production on paper and in various computer systems
Learn to feed loads, start, and stop cutting equipment.
Use trash bins and the baler system for waste.
Performs other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Carries out assigned duties in a courteous and skilled manner.
Helps coordinate production jobs.
Able to read production schedule and prioritize work accordingly.




Cleans up and keeps immediate work area neat and orderly.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, the operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must be capable of good attendance.
