We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Helper / 310 Apprentice or Experienced Truck Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Duties
Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of trucks, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform mechanical tasks accurately
Support the disassembly and assembly of components using schematics and technical manuals
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, cranes, or other industrial machinery as needed under supervision
Conduct light welding, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance




Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
Assist senior mechanics with diagnosing issues using schematics and technical documentation

Qualifications
Prior dealership experience or hands-on work with heavy machinery is preferred but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance
Experience operating forklifts, excavators, cranes, or other heavy machinery is a plus
Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and welding techniques is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail with valuable problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork skills with a customer service-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.60-$30.97 per hour
