Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
Assist in plating and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes
Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of workstations




Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for guests

Requirements
Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in meal preparation
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
Willingness to learn recent techniques and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
