Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and versatile General Labourer to join our team on a stunning private estate in Port Carling. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, including grounds maintenance, general upkeep, and assisting with various projects around the property. If you are a hard worker with a keen eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a beautiful setting, we encourage you to apply. Previous experience in general labor or property maintenance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Painting – ceiling, walls, doors, trim etc
Drywall repairs
Exterior stucco repairs
Working with hardware tools and power equipment
Window washing
Changing out lightbulbs / hanging Christmas lights
Taking out garbage from the different residents
Washing garage floors and keeping areas tidy
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety,



and presentation standards are met.
Snow removal in winter months
General clean – up duties
Other duties that may be required

Qualifications
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
