Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Conduct product demos when necessary to inform customers about features and advantages
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured items
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed




Ensure cleanliness and organization of the checkout area for a positive shopping environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems and basic technology sales concepts is advantageous
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for cash handling and record keeping
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
