Duty:
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
Assist with food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Ensure all items are properly stored and organized after cleaning for easy access during service
Support the kitchen team by preparing basic food items or assisting with light food prep when required




Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and sanitation
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation practices
Flexibility to work part time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
