Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the Opportunity:

An established and growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join its team. The organization delivers a variety of commercial construction projects and is committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

This role requires a qualified, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of construction and building practices. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support projects from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating and supporting all phases of construction projects
Managing project documentation and administrative processes
Reviewing and interpreting project drawings and specifications
Assisting with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Monitoring project progress,



timelines, and deliverables
Supporting cost control and change management processes
Coordinating permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Assisting with project reporting and documentation
Supporting project close-out, deficiencies, and final deliverables
Performing other related duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or general construction
Proficiency with common office and project management software
Solid knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional Details:
Training may be provided for the right candidate
Compensation will be based on experience

Work Location: In person

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
