Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
Cultivate strong customer relationships through attentive service and personalized consultations
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently




Promote the salon’s services through effective communication skills and proactive client engagement
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat business

Experience
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse techniques and styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients of all backgrounds
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and maintain an efficient workspace
Hairstylist Journeyman Certificate
