Making other Japanese dishes such as tempura, teriyaki, and miso soup.
Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
Developing and implementing current menu items and specials.
Ensuring ingredient quality by selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish.
Managing inventory and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
