Shift premium: $0.90 (on shifts after 2pm)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operations, filler operator machine, forklifting and packaging.

Responsibilities:
Operation of a high speed Product/Packaging Filler machine(s)
Start-up, Shutdown, Product changeovers
Cleaning of machine (CIP) and surrounding area
Observe all safety rules, practices and procedures in the performance of the duties
Pick and fill orders, load and unload trailers
Work in a cold environment
Maintain a clean and orderly workplace by following GMP’s.

Skills:
2+ years experience in operation of high speed fillers
2+ years experience in a shipping department
Valid forklift license




Positive oral and written communication skills
Aptitude and desire to progress into a leadership role
