We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building robust relationships with clients, identifying current business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our market presence and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a friendly and dependable person for our front counter, the first voice and face our customers meet.

Duties
Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote our products and services
Assist in-house customers with parts, products, and general inquiries
Process sales and handle point-of-sale transactions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase customer engagement
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to client needs
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns,



and identify prospects for upselling or renewals

Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales is preferred
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in English
Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Valid driver's license required

Pay: $34,405.57-$83,318.61 per year
