We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling setup/operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in CNC machining and setup, with proficiency in operating and programming CNC MIlling. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, ensuring precision and quality in all manufactured parts.

Responsibilities:

CNC Milling Setup/Operator with minimum 2 years experience.

Experience with machine set-up/modifying programs/programming (Fanuc control)

G-code and M-code interpretation

Custom job shop experience would be considered an asset

Familiarity with Mastercam is essential.

Positive communication skills





Someone who is highly motivated and a team player

Machining parts from Steel, Tool Steel, Aluminum etc.

Setup tooling and setup parts for first off

Using micrometers and calipers to check machined parts

Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.

Basic math skills for calculating dimensions and tolerances accurately.

Pay rate $20-$25 depending on skills
