Lettuce Love Cafe is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant and quick-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, quality ingredients, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation including chopping, portioning, and station setup
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures at all times
Ensure dishes are prepared and sent out accurately and efficiently during service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations during busy service periods




Adhere to all health and safety standards within the food service industry

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Food Handler Certification is considered an asset
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential
