Duties

Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the supervising physiotherapist.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Skills
Previous hospital experience or familiarity with acute care environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of patient care principles and medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced clinical setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
