Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care settings. This role is vital in supporting the well-being, independence, and comfort of seniors and individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives through attentive and respectful caregiving.

Duties
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring environment
Support with meal preparation and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a protected environment
Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
Support clients with activities that promote independence and social engagement
Follow care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia or memory care when applicable

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred




Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, medication administration, and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and caregiving tasks
Must be reliable, patient, and respectful of clients’ dignity and privacy
Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility support
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; some roles may require evening or weekend availability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.22-$23.00 per hour
