Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while maintaining attentive guest service
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables,



and service stations throughout shifts
Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training for current team members
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to handle basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
