Fresco Services is seeking an experienced Condominium Superintendent for a large complex in Innifil. The position is non-resident, part-time, 15 hours per week Saturday and Sunday. The role requires knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), including Mechanical Rooms, Building Chillers, Maintenance and Facility Management. In addition, the Superintendent will be responsible for:
Maintaining a clean, healthy and protected environment
Reporting deficiencies and maintenance requirements
Performing on-going preventative maintenance
Conducting mechanical checks and updating logs
Completing small repairs according to work orders and reporting when completed
Maintaining positive relationships with residents and staff




Acting as liaison between property management and building trades

The successful candidate must also be available on-call one week out of every three for any after-hours emergencies. We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
