General Lee Aviation is a growing fixed-wing flight training organization operating from Wetaskiwin and Lacombe, Alberta. We are adding Class 1 and Class 2 Flight Instructors to support continued growth while maintaining a solid focus on safety, mentorship, and training quality. Our instructors work collaboratively to deliver professional, consistent, high-quality flight training in a supportive environment.

Duties
Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations and company policies.
Colabriate with CFI to provide supervision and mentorship.
Develop and implement lesson plans and training materials for various flight maneuvers and procedures.
Conduct ground school instruction on topics such as aerodynamics, aircraft systems, air law, navigation, and weather.
Supervise and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.




Ensure compliance with safety protocols to maintain a safe learning environment with emphasis on pilot decision making and crew resource management.

Skills
Excellent organizational skills to track student progress, and maintain accurate records.
Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive learning experience for students.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective instruction and communication with students.
Solid math skills for calculating aircraft performance, weight and balance, fuel consumption and logbooks.
Mechanical knowledge of aircraft systems and components beneficial for troubleshooting and maintenance support.
