Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Metal Roofing Specialist to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining metal and flat roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, carpentry, and roofing, with the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment. Attention to detail, safety awareness, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
Measure and cut metal roofing materials accurately using hand tools and power tools
Install metal roofing panels, flashing, and related components according to project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper installation
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes
Seal joints and seams with caulking to ensure waterproof integrity




Repair or replace damaged roofing sections as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work with a focus on roofing projects
Proficiency with hand tools, caulking techniques,
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
Knowledge of metal roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites daily

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
