HotSpot Pizza is looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team in Halifax.
We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate has previous pizza-making experience and can consistently prepare high-quality pizzas while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Pay
$17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
Experience
Minimum 1 year of pizza-making or pizza kitchen experience required.
Responsibilities
Prepare and stretch pizza dough
Sauce, cheese, and top pizzas according to recipes and portion standards
Prepare pizzas, garlic fingers, manakish, and other menu items
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Monitor ingredients and communicate when inventory is running low
Work efficiently during busy periods
Assist other team members when required
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of pizza-making experience
Experience stretching and handling pizza dough
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to food quality and consistency
Clean and organized work habits
Able to work evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
