Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated housekeeping team. Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy and operational needs




Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with industry standards

Requirements
Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is highly desirable
