Duties
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients across diverse clinical settings

Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition practices and lifestyle modifications
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes within electronic medical records systems
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care




Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Skills
Proficiency in operating electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and data management
