Duties:
Provide care and support to one individual
Personal care
Administer medication
Provide community inclusion opportunities

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
Emergency First Aid Certificate and Adult CPR certification
No criminal record
Clean driving record
Proof of Covid Vaccination/Annual Boosters
Proof of Influenza Vaccination - Annual
Ability to follow medication administration protocols
Independent, able to work alone
Robust written and oral communication skills
Caring and kind
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
