What You Need To Be Successful:
Well-developed customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish a positive connection and manage expectations.
Demonstrated effective communication skills. You’ll need to be transparent, empathetic,



and helpful even if your customer is upset or frustrated with an emphasis on active listening.
Willingness to think outside of the box and find creative solutions proactively.
A committed work ethic and reliability with a consistently positive attitude. You’re someone who wants the team to succeed.
The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment.
