We are seeking a dependable and skilled concrete Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, physically capable, and eager to contribute to various construction, maintenance projects. Responsibilities
Assist with construction, repair, or maintenance tasks according to project specifications
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, or organizing materials
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift





Skills
Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery (training provided if necessary)
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not mandatory
Prior 5 years experience in construction working with concrete, pour, frame and grade concrete would be an assest
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different work settings

Pay: $26.50-$28.50 per hour
