Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while expertly preparing and serving drinks. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
Operate Pixel Point POS system, to process orders accurately and efficiently
Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol laws
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Serve food items when required, supporting overall restaurant operations




Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple orders during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Pixel Point POS, is highly desirable
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Friendly personality with a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus
