Key Responsibilities
Uphold and enforce brand food safety and operational standards.
Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience and exceed service expectations on every shift.
Drive business objectives while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both team members and customers.
Monitor and control operational costs while actively building sales.
Coach, train, and develop associates at all levels to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or full-service industry.
Self-motivated,



high-energy team player with solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
Passion for the Fast food service industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
