We are seeking a friendly and professional Serveur to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace. Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards
Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or additional items to enhance their experience
Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction




Support restaurant operations during busy periods by multitasking efficiently

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in the food industry or hospitality sector
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
