Duties
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paints with precision using spray guns and hand tools.
Use power tools and hand tools effectively to sand, buff, polish, and finish vehicle surfaces for a flawless appearance.
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling paints, chemicals, and heavy equipment.
Conduct quality inspections to verify the finish meets company standards and customer expectations.
Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge to support overall vehicle restoration.
Perform heavy lifting of parts and components safely during the refinishing process.





Experience
Prior dealership or collision center experience is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair processes.
Proficiency with hand tools such as sanders, grinders, spray guns, and polishing equipment.
Experience working with power tools in a quick-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and refinishing procedures.
Ability to lift heavy parts safely and work efficiently with physical demands.
Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair is a plus for understanding vehicle structures and systems.

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
