Duties
Measure and cut insulation materials using hand tools to ensure accurate fitting according to project specifications
Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and ductwork following blueprints and technical drawings
Apply caulking around insulation seams and joints to ensure airtight seals and optimal thermal performance
Use hand tools such as knives, drills, and staple guns to secure insulation materials effectively
Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine proper placement and installation procedures
Assist with drywall installation when required,



ensuring smooth finishes alongside insulation work
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely throughout the project

Requirements
Proven experience in construction or related trades, with a focus on insulation installation preferred
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
Skilled in using hand tools such as knives, staplers, drills, and caulking guns
Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively
Familiarity with drywall installation is a plus but not mandatory
Robust attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy materials, and work at heights when necessary
