We are seeking a Red Seal Journeyman Sprinkler System Installer to join our team of installers in Edmonton to work all over Alberta.

Titan Fire Prevention is mainly a recent system installation company also providing inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services to all types of systems, including but not limited to sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, various special hazard and chemical suppression systems, portable fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. We operate throughout Alberta.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Install new systems, often at heights exceeding 30 feet
Correcting deficiencies found on sprinkler systems, and related fire protection equipment, in accordance with applicable NFPA standards
Performing duties in a professional, productive, and safe manner
Effective communication
Keeping assigned fleet vehicle tidy and well stocked with material for jobs

Additional Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
Ordering and picking up material
Travelling out of town to complete jobs when required

A successful candidate must have:
Journeyman certificate in the Sprinkler System Installer trade
Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
Clean criminal record check




The flexibility to, on occasion, accommodate different scheduling requirements and work outside of regular business hours
The ability to work in physically demanding environments, including but not limited to ladder work, climbing stairs, kneeling, lifting, and working at or above shoulder height

Considered an asset but not required:
Fire Extinguisher certification

Experience:
CPVC installation: 1 year (preferred)
pipe threading and pipe grooving: 1 year (preferred)
