Role Overview

As a Glenora Inn & Distillery Kitchen Team Member, you will play an important role in daily kitchen operations, supporting food preparation and helping deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities




Assist with food preparation and cooking while maintaining high quality standards
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations
Handle food safely and efficiently, minimizing waste
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely meal delivery
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Familiarity with basic meal preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
