Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:15pm

Starting at $18/hour, with higher wages available based on experience, skill level and overall fit.

Silva Custom Furniture is a top-quality furniture manufacturing company looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Foam Cutter.

This position involves cutting and preparing foam for furniture frames, cushions and upholstery applications as well as working with feather and down cushion fills. Precision, consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail are extremely key in this role.

Experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is reliability, work ethic, attention to detail and the willingness to learn and improve.

This role is an important part of our production team and directly impacts the comfort, quality and finish of our furniture. We are looking for someone who values craftsmanship, consistency, teamwork, and doing things properly.
