Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. This position is vital for maintaining our clients' outdoor settings during all seasons, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal. Based in your local area, you will contribute to our mission of creating beautiful, functional landscapes.
Responsibilities
Operate snow plowing equipment efficiently to clear driveways, roads, and parking lots during winter months.
Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
Maintain and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and tools.
Supervise team members to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist with landscape construction and design tasks as needed.
Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications




Must have proven experience (2 years minimum) operating small truck with snow plowing equipment.
Must have strong knowledge of and experience (5 years minimum) in landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
Must have experience driving a small truck and trailer
Experience using heavy machinery is an asset
Experience in hardscaping is an asset
Experience supervising a team effectively.
Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Prior experience in construction or horticulture is a plus.
